Full Standard Ceilidh 

These are usually 2 hours plus a short break in the middle. We find this is the most popular duration and includes a full band line-up. These can be shorter if needed along with a longer or shorter break. The price you will be quoted includes:

• 3 Musicians (Regular band size and includes; Accordion, Guitar and Fiddle).

• Option of a 4th musician (Banjo)

• 1 Caller

• Full consultation to tailor to your requirements either by email or telephone

• Sound equipment and lighting

• Travel (subject to location)

• On-site load-in, setup and sound check

 

Half Standard Ceilidh 

This is the same as the Full Standard Ceilidh but with only 2 musicians in the band (Accordion and Guitar). This will still provide a good sound and may be more suited to tighter budgets or smaller spaces for musicians.

DJ / Disco

We partner with a local DJ to provide a complete evening Party Package* - Start your evening with a ceilidh and finish with a disco! This package allows for ease of communication in the planning of your event and will ensure the evening runs smoothly from start to finish. We have worked on events jointly before and find this combination very popular for weddings and corporate events as well as smaller events such as birthdays and anniversaries. Wedding Ceremony & Reception Music

'Dowr Glas Duo' ('Water' & 'Gray' in Cornish) comprise two musicians (Annie Baylis and Lukas Drinkwater) who can add an authentic touch of musical class and originality to your special day with instrumental covers of your favourite love songs. Both Annie and Lukas are very well established musicians with comprehensive music backgrounds (see About Us page for more information). As existing musicians with The Brim Ceilidh Band already, this could help add a touch of class to your day. Click on their link above to learn more.

PA Sound Equipment Hire

If you would like to use our PA sound system for your event, wedding reception speeches or to play your own music playlist through, we can provide this as part of the ceilidh booking. We can be available throughout the day to set up and assist with this as necessary. Our PA can also be used for other musicians and singers to perform as part of your event although this will be limited to solo artists and some duos.​​​
